Encouraging Words
At JCStudies we know the truth of Proverbs 15:30 from experience, "A kindly
glance gives joy to the heart, good news lends strength to the bones." Each
day we are blessed by cards, letters, emails and phone calls from people
sharing how our teaching ministry impacts their lives. Here is a current
sampling of encouraging words to share with you...for the health of your
bones!
"Your tapes have been enormously important to me in developing an approach to the Scriptures which
has enriched my own understanding and deepened my relationship with the Lord. I have been able
to use the insights to instruct others - particularly a group of young adults we teach in our
home and who have become a sort of mini Haverim. We have been slowly progressing through Genesis
over the past 15 months or so and have almost reached the offering of Isaac, so I will be able
to draw on your insights in that chapter. A number of them are coming on a tour of Israel
next April with my wife Rosemary and me.
I am extremely grateful to the Lord for the fact that I 'came across' one of your tape series
about four years (like Ruth 'just happened' to glean in Boaz's field!). The teaching and,
more recently, the extra ingredient of passion have been of incalculable value, along
with the stimulus to find out more and even learn a little Hebrew - enough to add colour
but, so far, just a little.
So thank you for all the effort in study and facing the pain which has borne such fruit
from which many others, including myself, have benefited."

"I am an ordained minister in Singapore. I wrote to you a few weeks ago requesting that you
give me advice on how to systematically go about sensitizing the Body of Christ
in Singapore about our Hebraic Roots. I need training myself. How can I benefit from
your teaching? Is that anything I can do to learn and impart the teaching to my
fellow pastors in the city. Please advise. I am praying about meeting up with you
in July at the 1st Asia Pacific Discipleship Consultation in Kota Kinabalu. Please
be in touch or have someone to talk to me over the mail. The Singapore Church needs
to return to her Hebraic Roots."

"Brother Dwight,
I first wanted to thank you and your staff for the quality of
all that you do. From the Haverim Update to the monthly teaching
tape to this month's additional article, "Consider Abraham", everything
is done with excellence. Thank You!! It is unfortunate that as children
of the most creative Father in the universe we so often are content
to give and receive second or third best. I also wanted to request
that you consider writing a biblical commentary or study bible that
would help "fill full" scripture in a written format. I am almost
embarrassed to suggest such a laborious task as I can only imagine
how busy you are already. But as I read the article on Abraham the
thought leaped into my heart of what a great and enduring resource
to have your thoughts and perspectives articulated on paper."
